Work inlcudes one 53" wide x 51"high window, approximately 25' of gutter guards, all damaged brick - brick dimension is 11"x4"x2.25", one wall panel 4' wide x 5' high, clean, prep, paint approximately 104 sf of exterior wall, replace 20' wide x 10' high kitchen drywall - finish & paint, replace approximately 100 sf of commercial grade floor tile - 12"x12", remove & replace metal door awning - 75" long x 38" wide, remove & replace approximately 88' of metal gable roof trim, remove & replace approximately 88' of metal facia, remove & replace 9 sf of metal soffit - 6' long x 18" wide, remove & replace 30' long x 4" dia. Metal gutter.
