Provide qualified respondents on solutions to modernize manages building plans, drawings, engineering documents, studies, reports, models, and related property records, immediate challenge is that critical asset documentation is fragmented across legacy systems, network drives, microsoft sharepoint sites, project repositories, and other platforms. This fragmentation makes it difficult to identify the official record, locate complete drawing sets, manage versions, collaborate with stakeholders, and avoid duplicative studies or rework, centralized, governed platform that improves access, search, collaboration, metadata quality, records management, security, and long-term stewardship. The solution should also establish a scalable data foundation for future capabilities, including digital twins, virtual tours, geospatial navigation, predictive asset maintenance, scenario modeling, and portfolio-level analytics.
