RFP - Phone System Hybrid Replacement

Description: Lincoln Electric System is seeking proposals to decide whether to upgrade the hardware for its existing Cisco VoIP phone system or choose an alternative that is more cost-effective, less complex, and requires less administration. LES expects to pursue one of the options in 2027. The successful bidder must complete LES’s standard services contract, provide the specified insurance, submit the required Equal Employment Opportunity and confidentiality/security forms, and complete LB1300 certification.
