In general, the work consists of: rehabilitation of the building envelope. It includes an EPDM roofing overlay, repair and replacement of stucco, window replacement, steel lintel rehabilitation, miscellaneous pointing, and painting. The project will also add a fire alarm system to the interior of the building.

Work includes replacement of exterior handling units & makeup air unit serving the 1st and 2nd floor with modern equipment including associated duct work (vav) units, (bas) controls and ancillary renovations required to provide a complete system. Mechanical room 220 shall be reconfigured to accommodate a new air handling unit. Replacement of ceiling finishes and upgrading lighting in spaces impacted by work described above. Fan coils are to be removed from exterior walls of offices & infilled to match existing wall materials.
