Office Copy Machine Lease and Service Contract (Request for Proposals)

Description: Office Copy Machine Lease and Service Contract to include the following: Technology: The machine must have Wi-Fi capabilities for wireless printing, as well as printing from a thumb drive. It must have a color touchscreen interface and have a FAX board for PC to FAX. Scanning Capabilities: The machine must have the capability to scan documents directly to email, scan up to 160ipm BW/Color, skip blank pages, and have OCR capabilities. Printing Capabilities: The machine must print in both color and black and white at 40PPM and have the capability to print high-resolution graphics. Paper Handling: The machine must support printing on several different sizes of paper, including but not limited to 12x 18, A4, A3, and letter sizes. The machine should also have multiple cassettes/trays. High-Resolution Graphics Printing: Finishing: The machine must have a staple finisher, staple free option and staple on demand. Lease Option: 60-month term.
