Instrument Landing Structure (ILS)

Description: This open Sources Sought notice is a market survey for preliminary planning, not a request for proposals, and no contract will be awarded from this notice. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, anticipates a competitive design-bid-build contract for site preparation and construction of an unmanned ILS site at Fort Polk, including demolition, drainage and utility work, gate installation, site filling, and grading for separately procured government-furnished and government-installed equipment. Responses are limited to 10 pages and are due November 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CST; a formal solicitation is anticipated in FY2027 Q2, with award estimated in FY2027 Q3–Q4.
