The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) is issuing this competitive Call for Solutions under CSO W58RGZ-26-S-C001 to identify vendors for the USG Command and Control (C2) Software Development Kit (SDK) Integration event; it is an open, continuous solicitation rather than a grant program. The effort seeks production-ready controllers and Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) for Group 1–3 UAS, Launched Effects, and Unmanned Ground Vehicles that can integrate with the Army’s networked C2 architecture using Modular Open Systems Approach principles. Offerors must submit a five-page white paper for an initial capability assessment and, if successful, may be invited to a C2 SDK integration event involving technical interchange and testing, but participation does not guarantee future orders.

The Drug Enforcement Administration is conducting market research for a modern SaaS or commercial off-the-shelf solution to consolidate the Diversion Control Division’s decentralized applications into centralized, secure, and scalable capabilities. The systems are intended to support registrant data and regulatory workflows, including registrations and related transactions, quota and distribution monitoring, secure payments, self-service functions, and reporting. This active RFI is for information gathering and acquisition planning only; it is not a formal solicitation and does not commit the government to a contract award.
