Description: The City of San Clemente is seeking qualified firms to provide professional auditing services under this RFP. The work covers audits of the City's financial statements for fiscal years ending June 30, 2027 through 2031, with an optional one-time extension for fiscal years 2032 and 2033. The scope includes annual financial statement audits and ACFR preparation, relevant component-unit and federal single audits, GANN appropriations-limit procedures, internal-control reporting, and required State Controller reports.
