For all applicable equipment the contractor shall: provide 24/7 maintenance support for all equipment, ensuring continuous operational efficiency, and provide acknowledgement and a response plan within 2 hours of government identification to any equipment malfunctions during the period of performance. Provide a singular point of contact that will coordinate comprehensive operations and maintenance support throughout the period of performance. That point of contact will ensure continuous operations and meet the 6-hour response requirement for any equipment or service discrepancies. Oversee the complete teardown and setup of equipment, ensuring all machinery and tools are disassembled, transported, and reassembled according to the provided specifications and safety standards.
