The committee meeting focused on addressing the expiring moratorium regarding recreational adult-use marijuana permits for cultivators, processors, and dispensaries. Key discussion topics included evaluating four potential options: allowing businesses without specific parameters, extending the current moratorium, enacting a permanent ban, or establishing regulations similar to existing zoning codes for tobacco and vape shops.
