The committee discussed school strategy and performance updates, including student persistence data and progress on the SOA plan for students with disabilities and multilingual learners. The meeting also covered updates on retention, lesson planning metrics, and findings from Springpoint observations, which highlighted strengths in advisor structures and standards alignment, along with areas for growth in instructional systems and equity.
