Prairieville Township Regular Board Meeting
The board meeting included discussions on fishing tourneys, snow removal bids, park improvements, and park passes. There were concerns about EPS alarms. The sale of sewer property to Ben Clark for the Revitalization of Delton was mentioned. PCI enforcement officers were discussed, along with concerns from the ZBA Board regarding contractors not following ZBA decrees and guidelines. Cemetery plots have been marked as available at both cemeteries. Also discussed was an appeal of decision, and a contractor's request for a variance for his garage attachment. A special assessment area for replacement of the water pipes. The cancellation of December 27, 2025, Recycling was approved. The renovation the garage for recycle shelter was approved. A discussion was held regarding the increase in wages for the Deputy Clerk & Treasurer. There were concerns two short term rentals, renting for 2 days, loud parties, late arrivals, and trespassing.
